Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to FundedOnChain. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FundedOnChain platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

FundedOnChain reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Description

FundedOnChain is a cryptocurrency proprietary trading platform that provides traders with the opportunity to demonstrate their trading skills through evaluation challenges. The Service includes:

• Evaluation challenges across multiple account sizes and configurations (1-Step, 2-Step, 3-Step, and Instant Funding).
• Simulated trading accounts operated on Bybit demo infrastructure for evaluation purposes.
• Funded trading accounts for traders who successfully pass the evaluation process.
• Profit-sharing payouts processed on-chain to the trader’s cryptocurrency wallet.

FundedOnChain is not a broker, financial institution, exchange, or investment advisor. The Service provides performance-based trading evaluations and profit-sharing arrangements. All trading during evaluations takes place on simulated (demo) accounts.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not be a resident or citizen of a sanctioned country, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea region, or any other jurisdiction where participation would violate applicable sanctions or laws.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to cryptocurrency trading and financial activities.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. FundedOnChain reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to deny or terminate access if requirements are not met.

4. Account Rules

• One account per person. Each individual may maintain only one FundedOnChain account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all accounts without refund.
• No account sharing. Your account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, lend, or otherwise transfer your account or access credentials to any other person.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

5. Challenge Rules & Evaluation Process

When you purchase an evaluation challenge, the specific rules for that challenge are locked at the time of purchase. FundedOnChain will not retroactively change profit targets, drawdown limits, or other parameters on active challenges.

Evaluation Phases

Depending on the challenge type selected, the evaluation may consist of one, two, or three phases. Each phase has defined profit targets and drawdown limits. You must meet all phase requirements to progress to the next phase or to receive a funded account.

Breach Conditions

Your challenge or funded account will be considered breached if:

• Your account balance falls below the maximum drawdown threshold (enforced in real-time).
• You violate any trading rules specified in your challenge configuration.
• You engage in prohibited trading practices, including but not limited to: trade copying from external signals without authorization, exploitation of platform errors or data feed latency, coordinated trading across multiple accounts, or any form of market manipulation.

Breach detection is automated and occurs in real-time. Once a breach is triggered, the account is immediately suspended and the challenge is considered failed.

Profit Splits

Upon successfully passing all evaluation phases and receiving a funded account, you are entitled to a share of the profits generated, as specified in your challenge configuration (up to 90% trader / 10% platform). The exact profit split is determined at the time of challenge purchase and cannot be changed retroactively.

6. Payment Terms

• Cryptocurrency payments only. All challenge fees and transactions are processed in cryptocurrency through our payment provider, NOWPayments. We do not accept fiat currency.
• Non-refundable after activation. Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge account has been activated and trading has commenced. By purchasing a challenge, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
• Payouts. Profit-sharing payouts are processed on-chain directly to your designated cryptocurrency wallet (USDT or USDC on supported networks). Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours of an approved payout request.
• Challenge resets. If you fail a challenge, you may purchase a reset at a discounted rate to restart the evaluation with the same parameters.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the Service are the exclusive property of FundedOnChain or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Your trading data and strategies remain your own. However, by using the Service, you grant FundedOnChain a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated trading data for platform improvement, analytics, and research purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FundedOnChain and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

FundedOnChain’s total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount of challenge fees you have paid to FundedOnChain in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

FundedOnChain may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable challenge rules.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the platform or its systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any active challenges or funded accounts will be closed, and no refunds will be issued for unused challenge fees. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FundedOnChain’s operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

11. Modification of Terms

FundedOnChain reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.
