  • Trading data: trade history, positions, account balances, profit/loss data, and other metrics from your connected Bybit account during evaluations.
  • Payment information: transaction hashes, payment amounts, and cryptocurrency addresses associated with challenge purchases and payouts.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps of your interactions with the platform.
  • Log data: server logs including access times, error logs, and referral URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process challenge purchases, evaluations, and payout requests.
  • Monitor trading activity for compliance with challenge rules and breach detection.
  • Communicate with you about your account, challenges, and payouts.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Generate anonymized, aggregated analytics to improve platform features and performance.

4. Data Sharing

  • Bybit: your trading data is processed through Bybit’s API infrastructure for evaluation and funded account management. Bybit’s own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
  • NOWPayments: payment transaction data is shared with NOWPayments, our cryptocurrency payment processor, to facilitate challenge purchases and payouts.
  • Service providers: we may share data with hosting providers, analytics services, and other vendors who assist in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. These include:

  • Regular security audits and infrastructure monitoring.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
